Geoff Cave(founder of GRGB)

Geoff has been in the motor trade for 40 years now.  During that time, he has worked with Vauxhall, Ford and British Leyland. Geoff trains each of his employees, ensuring that their work is done to the highest possible standards.

Sue Cave(Geoff's Wife)

Sue is the Director/Company Secretary at GRGB and also in charge of the administration of the business. She has worked in the company for 18 years. She currently controls the Accounts Department.

George West(General Manager)

George and Geoff have worked together since 1975. George is a keen darts player and ten pin bowler and plays for a local team in his spare time. He's also married with 3 children.

Leigh Tovey

Leigh joined GRGB when it started in 1979 and has progressed through the business to become Manager in charge of the rebuild site. He is married with 4 Children and is also a keen ten pin bowler.

Nigel Renolds

Nigel has worked for GRGB for 14 years, progressing through the GRGB Training Programme. In his spare time Nigel is a keen F1 Race fan.

Brian James(or 'Jay' as he's better known)

Jay is responsible for quality control at GRGB. In his spare time, Jay is a fan of boxing and is also a keen cook.

Jason West(George's Son)

Jason has worked for to company for 20 years. He's great fan of the Internet, and is responsible for the content management of this website. Jason trained with GRGB and has also undergone the Retail Industry Motor Industry (REMIT) training to become a fully qualified Gearbox Technician.

Jason has worked for GRGB for 18 years working his way through the GRGB Training Programme as well as REMIT training to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician. In his spare time Jason is a big body building fan.

Paul Jenkins(also known as 'Smiler')

Paul has worked for GRGB for 23 years became a fully qualified Technician through the GRGB Training Programme and REMIT training.

Dean Seabourne

Dean has worked for GRGB for 23 years and also trained with the company. He is a fully qualified Vehicle Transmission Technician. Dean loves caravanning with his wife and two children and is also keen on DIY.

Philip Nessbit(also known as 'Silicone Phil')

Phil has been in the gearbox rebuild trade as a technician for 36 years. He is married with two children and keen on DIY.

Liam Tomkings

Liam has been with the company for 6 years and became a fully qualified Technician through the GRGB Training Programme and REMIT training.

Matt Bishop

Matt trained with a Main Agent before going through the GRGB training program. He is also keen on motorcycles.

Paul Marsh(Delivery Driver)

Paul joined the frim in 2007. He is a keen sports enthusiast and model collector. Paul describes himself as a family man.

Kevin Merrick

Kevin has worked for GRGB for 5 years. Kevin and his partner have 2 children. He is also a keen DIY man and enjoys caravaning.

Michael Bament

Michael is the latest to join the company as a trainee undertaking the GRGB training program. He is a keen sportsman palying football and cricket for local clubs.
